Affinia Gardens offers 130 residential-style guest suites with large windows and fully equipped kitchens. Bedding includes pillowtop mattresses, down comforters, roll pillows, and down pillows, plus three-choice pillow menus. Adjustable halogen reading lights are above beds.
Kitchens include granite counters, four-burner ranges, microwaves, and full-sized refrigerators.
Three methods of connecting to the Internet (surcharges for all) are available: wired, wireless, and with 32-inch televisions via wireless keyboards. Televisions also offer pay movies, video games (surcharges), and video check-out. DVD players and VCRs are available on request.
Large desks come with task lights and cordless two-line telephones. (Two-line telephones are at bedsides, also.)

Rockefeller Center's skating rink, 1.25 miles away, opens in winter, as does Central Park's Wollman Rink. Midtown athletic clubs offer swimming, racquet sports, and exercise classes.
